The dish machine in the bakery does not dispense detergent automatically during the wash cycle. A ware washing machine that is installed after adoption of this code by the regulatory authority, shall be equipped to dispense detergents automatically and incorporate a visual means to verify that detergents are delivered or a visual or audible alarm to signal if the detergents and sanitizers are not delivered to the respective washing and sanitizing cycles.
