Equipment, Utensils, Linens and Single-Service and Single-Use Articles stored in a clean, dry location; where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and at least in 6 inches above the floor. Instructed food employee to sanitize the container at time inspection. Ensure all equipment is at least 6 inches off the floor. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
