Inspector's notes
Both food-probing thermometers in the kitchen were not at 32*F (+/- 2) when checked for calibration using the ice bath method. The person in charge (PIC) was able to calibrate both thermometers to 32 *F at the time of inspection. Properly calibrated probe thermometers are required at all times for monitoring food temperatures.
