Cutting board observed having a sandwich cut on its surface. An unpeeled banana was also on the surface of the cutting board. PIC stated the boards are washed, rinsed, and sanitized once a day in the morning around 5:00 AM. PIC had the cutting board washed, rinsed, and sanitized after discussion about cleaning frequencies with inspector. Please ensure food contact surfaces that have TCS food items contact them are switched out for clean ones, or fully washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air-dried, every 4 hours. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Employee properly washed hands at handwash sink at time of inspection.
