Employee observed with one glove and one bare hand cutting egg rolls on the cook-line and placing them on a plate. The bare hand was being used to brace the egg rolls for cutting and was in direct contact with the egg rolls. PIC informed the employee a glove is required when handling ready-to-eat foods and had the employee discard the egg rolls. Predefined Comment. Bare hand contact is not approved with ready-to-eat (RTE) food items. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
