Inspector's notes

Observed meat tenderizer equipment stored clean with dried up food debris in food contact surfaces. Discussed importance of cleaning frequency of 4 hours for equipment in meat room, including disassembling and breaking down all equipment. Tenderizer was moved to three compartment sink to properly wash, rinse and sanitize. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
