Of note: Establishment has work order to correct large leaks below three compartment sink. Establishment will be moving above ground grease trap to below ground. Please contact City of Tempe regarding grease trap relocation. Recommend: readjusting self closing back door mechanism and fully self closing restroom door. Adding trash can with lid to employee restroom. Please have copy of Certified Food Protection Manager available prior to next routine inspection.
