Inspector's notes
Observed a handwashing sink in the employee breakroom without a handwashing sign. Otherwise the sink was well stocked and in proper working order. Person in Charge (PIC) stated they had signs but had not put them up yet. A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed the mop sink by the back of the establishment with a hose connected to the faucet, sitting under the water line of the basin. Person in Charge was informed of the dangers of possible backflow and sewage contamination and the hose's position was fixed. Recommended a permanent solution of mounting the hose to point up and above the sink basin. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Person in Charge was informed that each stall requires at least one covered trash receptacle for feminine hygiene products. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. Second Consecutive Violation.
