Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.Observed employees wearing food handling gloves, touching order slips of paper handed them from each customer, then putting on over-gloves to handle ready-to-eat food, removing the over-gloves and returning to the counter to handle the next customer's order slip and repeat the process without washing hands. Discussed having employees at the counter handling the order slips and other employees wearing gloves do the food handling, rather than employees moving back and forth between the tasks without washing hands.
