Observed boxes of food in the walk-in freezer stored on the floor underneath the racks. Food must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground at all times to prevent contamination from the premises. PIC placed the boxes onto a cart at the time, will order another shelving unit. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

The person in charge removed the fly tape and placed it away from the mechanical dishwasher.
