Observed deli walk-in cooler with a door that does not securely latch. Deli employee stated that this had been broken for two years but would still maintain a seal when closed. Internal temperature was 33 degrees throughout the unit. Please repair to ensure that the door remains closed at all times, and as a visual indicator for complete closing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
