Inspector's notes

Observed several cracked, fraying and missing ceiling tiles in the back dry storage areas. Also observed drooping tiles not properly secured to the ceiling frames, which possess safety risks to product and staff passing underneath. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
