Some of the on site deli sliced -portioned deli meats ham, and roast beef, and sliced cheese in the front display case noted at 47-49 deg f . The open self service cooler was multiple tier filled at some spots. discussed with manager on duty. Recommended to keep lower storage in the open case, suggested to keep excess deli meats in the walk-in cooler to ensure 41 deg f maintained/established . manager reviewed food storage shelves with deli staff. manager removed excess food. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
