observed at the front service pans and the back warewashing drying racks, some of the food pans still wet with accumulation of organic debris on them. proper scrubbing cleaning and sanitizing reusable food pans were reviewed. manager removed all. scrubbed and sanitized. also some of the washed food pans had glue and old date marking stickers still adhered to them. please ensure food pans are properly cleaned and sanitized. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
