Inspector's notes
Observed a fracturing sneeze guard on the grab-and-go taped up to prevent further fracturing. Proper repair is required. The physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times. Discussed the possibility of physical contaminates from the broken and fractured sneeze guard. Repair the physical facility prior to the next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
