The PIC stated the unpasteurized hard-shelled eggs are for visitors/cafeteria side only and HSP patients are only offered liquid pasteurized eggs.

The PIC stated they were sent case of unpasteurized eggs due to an egg shortage. Informed the PIC the unpasteurized eggs can be used for baking, hard-boiling, or must be fully cooked.

At the time of inspection, the person in charge placed rack of chicken below the ready-to-eat foods. Food shall be stored in a manner that minimizes contamination risks. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
