-- 1 of 1 hand soap dispenser for the men's restroom was not dispensing at the time of inspection. The dispenser was replaced and relocated higher on the wall to detect hand movement. After relocating the dispenser, the hand soap dispensed. Ensure employees are verifying soap dispensers are working properly during their restroom checks. Handwash stations must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap, and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
