Observed two packages of hot dogs with purple/white creamy substance on and inside packaging. Observed package of ground beef with saran wrap punctured, exposing food product. PIC removed products from sale floor to be discarded. All food must be in good condition, safe, and unadulterated. All adulterated food was discarded at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
