The cove base is missing along several sections of wall in the pick-up room Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-101.11 - Core: Surface Characteristics-Indoor Areas Addl Notes: The floor immediately outside the dairy cooler rear access door is badly pitted, with a section sloped away from the drain and had pooled water that was being tracked into the dairy cooler at the time of inspection. Manager had floor squeegeed to removed the pooled water. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
