On sales floor, in wall cold case, packaged raw shell eggs stored above packaged clearance ready to eat TCS foods. Instructed manager to move packaged ready to eat TCS foods to new location in cold case, away from packaged raw shell eggs, to prevent future cross contamination. All raw animal proteins are to be stored below ready-to-eat (RTE) foods and stored according to cooking temperature at all times to prevent cross contamination. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
At front of store, customer walking around store, with dog in front basket of shopping cart. Instructed manager to ask customer if pet was service animal. Per manager, customer did not answer and refused to remove pet from shopping cart. Educated employees on proper questions to ask customers and behaviors that would warrant the establishment to ask customer and pet to leave the food establishment. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
