Observed no detectable quaternary ammonium sanitizer in wiping cloth tray. PIC indicated that repair service is scheduled for the sanitizer dispenser mounted at the three compartment sink. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Sanitizer solution was refreshed at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
