Observed green and gold sauce in small refrigerator beneath grill at 53*F. Ambient temperature in refrigerator observed to be at 60*F. As per the person in charge the sauce was prepared and cooled the day before and removed from walk in cooler before the shift and placed in secondary refrigerator beneath grill. Sauce was placed in freezer to quickly cool to 41*F. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
