Inspector left their min/max thermometer in the walk in cooler for 10 minutes and the minimum temperature around the milk was 46*F. Milks were embargoed. Discussed proper cold holding with manager. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed the side of the walk in cooler with TCS foods at 46*F on inspectors min/max thermometer after 10 minutes. Cooler must be kept at 41*F or below to ensure the TCS foods remain in proper temperature. Until unit is repaired, TCS foods must not be stored in the unit on the warmer side. The other side with non-TCS foods was 36*F. Inspector will follow up in 10 days to ensure the cooler is repaired. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
