Observed staff drinks (twist off cap single use water bottle and coffee without lid) stored on counter by rice cooker. Drinks are to be stored in an assigned break area where staff have easy access to wash hands after drinking. Drinks were removed from kitchen. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed raw beef stored over lettuce in two door reach in cooler in kitchen. Beef was stored in closed containers and unable to spill or splash. As per the person in charge, the facility received multiple deliveries during the lunch rush and staff were only able to get to organizing at the time of this inspection. Advised staff to organize storage to allow raw meats to be stored away or below delivered produce. Items such as whole lettuce and tomatoes may be stored at room temperature until proper storage is found. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed raw chicken in marinade at 49*F (back refrigerator) and raw beef in marinade at 45*F in cooling drawer beneath grill. Cold hold of food to be at 41*F or lower. As per cook in kitchen both beef and chicken were prepared and marinated in the morning before opening. Cold hold of food to be 41*F or lower during prep and storage. Advised staff to prep meats and cool prior to adding marinade. Both items were placed in freezer to cool rapidly back to 41*F. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
