Hand wash sink near the dish area was not in good working order at time of inspection. Instructed PIC to repair before re-inspection within 10 days. Discussed ensuring all hand wash sinks are in good repair, stocked with soap and paper towels. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed one employee remove trash from prep line return to prep line, change gloves without washing hands and continue handling utensils along grill line. Observed second employee handle raw hamburger meat, and then handle bag of frozen fries prior to removing gloves and start placing new gloves on hands without washing hands. Hands are to be washed between glove changes. Both employees washed hands prior to placing new gloves on hands. Advised person in charge to discuss when to wash hands with staff when changing gloves. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
