Inspector's notes
Observed chicken in glass front refrigerator by ice machine at 48-51*F. Cold hold of food to be 41*F or cooler. Owner stated chicken had been moved to this refrigerator to thaw the day before. Chicken was embargoed and discarded. Rolled tacos prepared prior to inspection at 45-47*F in sandwich prep cooler across from grill. Item moved to another refrigerator to cool to 41*F. Advised owner to check cold hold of temperatures throughout the day with a metal stem thermometer. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Menu items must be marked on the menu (sign) with the following advisory referenced on menu *CONSUMING RAW OR UNDERCOOKED MEATS, POULTRY, SEAFOOD, SHELLFISH, OR EGGS MAY INCREASE YOUR RISK OF FOODBORNE ILLNESS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CERTAIN MEDICAL CONDITIONS Provide a photo of the updated menu board prior to reinspection. Observed container of cooked and cooler rice at 48*F and cooked and cooled beans (49*F) in glass front beverage cooler next to ice machine. Cold hold of food to be 41*F. As per the person in charge both the beans and rice were cooked the day before and in the refrigerator for more than 8 hours. Advised staff to check food temperatures with metal stem thermometers. Both rice and beans were embargoed and discarded by person in charge. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
