Per PIC, foods were cooked within the last two hours. Predefined Comment: All TCS foods improperly hot held were reheated to 165°F at time of inspection. Routinely monitor internal TCS food temperatures to assure proper holding temperatures. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
