Observed a half gallon of apple juice, a gallon of water, and a half gallon of clamato juice stored on the back of beverage racks in the walk in fridge. Employee drinks shall utilize a lid and straw, and be kept segregated to prevent contamination. PIC reports they will make space on bottom of a storage rack for employee drinks.
