Inspector's notes

Observed bean and cheese burritos (51°F), salsas (52°F), and apples (52°F) lunch packs in the St. Mary's drop off refrigerator measuring above 41°F. Alerted staff who moved foods which had just been delivered to alternative refrigeration. All lunch packs containing bean and cheese burritos in the refrigerator for more than 6 hours were discarded (see embargo). Discussed cold holding requirements with staff and provided guidance. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
