-- At the start of the inspection, observed employee on prep line working with one glove on right-hand and no glove worn on left-hand. Employee was observed preparing orders and touching multiple ready-to-eat foods (lettuce and avocados) with their bare hand. Discussed the importance of preventing bare hand contact with ready-to-eat (RTE) foods with the person-in-charge (PIC). Bare hand contact is not approved with ready-to-eat (RTE) food items. At the time of inspection, the employee washed their hands and placed gloves on both hands before continuing food preparation. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
