Observed some organic matter on the inside of the bar gun beverage dispenser nozzle at the bar. Discussed with person in charge to clean the nozzle and beverage dispenser on a more frequent basis to prevent the accumulation of organic matter inside the nozzle. The PIC washed rinsed and sanitized the nozzle at time of inspection. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
