Person in charge provided invoice for pest control service on 4/30 and stated additional service scheduled for 5/16. Observed no pests or signs of pest activity. Observed ice machine had been serviced and cleaned, floor drains had been cleaned out, and all white residue powder has been removed along the floor wall junction throughout the kitchen. Re-inspection for prep cooler by 5/26.
