The person in charge stated the food items had been placed at their respective locations less than 1 hour and moved the items to alternate coolers for rapid cooling.

Person in charge indicated they want to install a teppanyaki grill area in that section of the restaurant. Person in charge indicated that the remodel has not begun they have just acquired the hood. Person in charge informed that prior to installation they must acquire a remodel permit for the teppanyaki area/ventilation hood installation prior to starting remodel. Person in charge informed that if hood/other parts of the teppanyaki grill are installed prior to remodel legal action may result.
