Walk in cooler observed at 52°F ambient. Dairy/TCS products stored inside measured at 48°F internal temperature. Unit not maintaining required cold holding temperature of 41°F or below for TCS foods. At time of inspection. Pick removed items all TCS foods and discarded. Service was called earlier in the day on unit and PIC is waiting for repair service at time of inspection. No TCS foods are to be stored in cooler until unit maintains internal food temp of 41°F or below. Follow up on Friday 6.26.26.
