Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. Sliding doors on the cake case inside the bakery have broken and repaired with duct tape and rough-surfaces caulk. Please replace or repair properly. All food-contact surfaces must be smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.
