Observed no soap or paper towels available at handwash sink in back of house as well as in employee bathroom. These are the only handwash sinks available in the establishment. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided hand drying provision and soap for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. **Second Consecutive Violation**

Observed El Monterey brand bean & cheese and bean & beef burritos, ham and cheese sandwiches, beef, bean & cheese burritos, and beef cheeseburgers for sale in small counter cold holding unit. Measured temperature of food items at 47*F with infrared thermometer and measured temperature of air inside unit at 47*F with min max thermometer. Person in charge (PIC) stated food items have been in unit for over a day. PIC voluntarily discarded items and stated will no longer use unit to hold time/ temperature control for safety (TCS) foods.
