Observed ice scoop in the ice bin at the soda fountain with the handle making contact with the ice at the time of inspection. In-use utensils must be stored in a clean, dry location; in running water; or in hot water above 135°F. If utensils are stored in food, the handles must be stored above the surface of the food. All in-use utensils were properly stored at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

At least 1 service sink or 1 curbed cleaning facility equipped with a floor drain shall be provided and conveniently located for the cleaning of mops or similar wet floor cleaning tools and for the disposal of mop water and similar liquid waste. PIC stated they had bought a mop sink and will be installing it during renovation of the establishment. Toilets and urinals may not be used as a service sink for the disposal of mop water and similar liquid waste. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
