Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection.Upon inspection, a remodel has taken place which may require an application and plans to be submitted, and/or additional permits. Observed mechanical dishwasher at the bar area at the time of inspection. Per PIC and owner, mechanical dishwasher was installed about a month prior to the time of inspection and 3 compartment sink was removed. Please submit an application, supporting documentation, and fees within 5 business days or legal action may result pursuant to MCEHC Chapter 1, Regulation 4(e). Applications with supporting documentation can be submitted via the customer portal "Permit Center" online at maricopacountyaz-energovweb.tylerhost.net/apps/selfservice#/home. // Discussed with PIC: consumer advisory asterisk, cleaning frequency of non food contact surfaces.
Inspector's notes
Observed cooked baked beans with 4/10 date marking, thousand island made with hardboiled eggs 4/7, cooked potatoes 4/11, sauerkraut with cooked bacon 4/10 date mark in the walk-in cooler at the time of inspection. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). All RTE/TCS foods past 7 days of preparation were discarded by PIC at the time of inspection.
