Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 4-101.19 - Core: Nonfood-Contact Surfaces Addl Notes: Observed soiled cardboard on shelving in dry storage areas. This is not wipeable or non absorbent. Shelving may be lined with clear plastic shelf liners that can be wiped with clothes when necessary. All food-contact surfaces must be smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Clean under all equipment, interior of all refrigerators/freezers, handles of all freezer/refrigerators, faucets at 3 compartment/prep and hand wash, shelving, racks, etc. Also observed standing water on the floor in dry storage room at the time of inspection. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-501.114 - Core: Maintaining Premises, Unnecessary Items and Litter Addl Notes: Observed boxes, old equipment, and personal items at the time of inspection around kitchen and in dry storage room. Remove all unnecessary equipment, boxes, old grease trap, construction materials, food, personal items, etc that is not essential to the business.
