Observed food debris in the handwashing sink by the hot holding display at the deli counter. Handwashing sinks must be maintained so accessible at all times and not used for other purposes than handwashing. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed time/temperature controlled for food safety (TCS) chicken nuggets at a self-service hot holding unit measuring between 105-129*F. According to employee, chicken nuggets were made an hour before hand. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 135°F or above. TCS chicken nuggets improperly hot held were reheated to 165°F at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
