Observed no handwashing signage at any of the four restrooms on site used by food employees. A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees. PIC stated they would be ordering proper signage. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed packaged TCS butter and packaged cartons of shelled eggs stored directly next to one another on the same pallet in the walk-in cooler. All raw animal proteins must be stored below ready-to-eat (RTE) foods and stored according to cooking temperature at all times to prevent cross contamination. Employee moved the RTE butter to a separate pallet from the raw shelled eggs. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
