Cooler wall on produce section had the following TCS items measuring an internal temperature ranging from 50-58'F: broccoli slaw, bean sprouts, cut butternut squash, cooked edamame, soy hot dogs/sausages, tofu, tofurkey, kimchi, noodles, and vegan cheeses. Temperature verified <4 hours prior, product was moved from wall. Ambient air temperature of section of cooler measured 48.5'F with min/max thermometer. Manager placed work order for cooler at time of inspection. TCS food shall be held at 41'F or lower when cold holding. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
