Observed employee picking up a glove from the ground, throwed it away, but not washing their hands before putting new gloves on. Observed employee touching hair with their gloves, then proceeding back to food tasks. Manager had employee immediately wash their hands. Ensure that hand washing is occurring going from dirty to clean tasks in the kitchen.
