Observed buildup of dust on fan covers in multiple walk-ins. Discussed with PIC that the Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Observed four screws in walk-in sticking out of ground. Discussed with PIC to get those removed or cut to even out with floor to prevent injuries or damage to products and All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable.
