Raw hamburgers, raw chicken, raw ground turkey, cut tomatoes, cooked quinoa, cooked beans, cooked potatoes, hotdogs, and cheese in cooler drawers across from cooking equipment measured 50-55 degrees F internally. Ambient temperature of cooling unit measured 53 degrees F, service call was placed at time. All time/temperature controlled for safety (TCS) food items had been stocked less than 2 hours prior and were put on ice.
