Observed chicken patties in snack room refrigerator at 61 degree F. Per PIC they had be out at ambient temp and prepped less than 4 hours prior. All TCS foods improperly cold held were relocated to alternative functioning refrigeration unit to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection.
