Observed cans with dents in the side and round seals. Swollen, rusted and cans dented on any of the 3 can seams (top, bottom, side) or deep, sharp dents should be considered unsafe. Discussed store policy on dented cans and discussed ensuring that items with compromised packaging are not sold to the public. All food must be in good condition, safe, and unadulterated. Discussed reviewing and training employees on the store policy. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed speed rack cart in produce fridge holding 5 layer dip, shredded cheese, cut cantalope, cut watermleon, green chile, cream cheese, sour cream holding 52-55*f degrees. Items had been placed in fridge for temporary storage. plastic air curtains for maintaining refrigeration in unit were absent. Racks moved to meat department walk-in to cool. Corrected.
