Observed ants near the 3-compartment sink in the bakery and signs of dead ants across bakery. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist by re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. **Re-inspection is scheduled for Thursday, July 23rd.** Please provide records of pest control on or prior to re-inspection.

Observed hot water dishwasher in bakery to have a maximum temperature of 134*f via inspector min/max thermometer. Discussed with manager the option to use the the bakery 3-comp sink due to low dish volume during operation.
