Inspector's notes

There were two boxes of latex gloves above the food prep line across from the stoves. Discussed the risk of alergic reactions when latex gloves are used with food. Person in charge (PIC) wrote "for cleaning only" on the boxes and moved them to the cleaners storage area at time of inspection. PIC brought non-latex gloves over to the food prep station. Latex gloves are not approved for food handling. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a can of Raid in a chemical storage closet near the water heater. The can looked to be old and empty. Person in charge (PIC) promptly removed from premises at time of inspection. All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
