Inspector's notes

Observed facility had no test strips for the sanitizer in use for the 3 compartment sink. Facility had bleach, but no bleach test strips. Faciliy had quat strips, but were expired. Ensure there is bleach test strips and test strips for each sanitizing product that you use. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Send picture of obtained test strips within 10 days.
